Sutton Bank Sutton Bank offers fantastic views across the National Park. In the award-winning Visitor Centre at Sutton Bank, the ' Window on the Park' is an exhibition giving an insight into the Park's history and attractions as well as offering a video of the National Park. The exhibition helps uncover the stories hidden in the landscape, the discovery of a Jurassic National Park, how people once burnt stone, and the story about one man's efforts to "push water uphill". You can also follow the Window on the Park site trail which is a 15 minute walk showing some of the plants and animals you can find living on the moors. If you decide to spend a few days around Sutton Bank then the 'Six Bike Tracks' map is worth buying. The map describes six cycle routes following quiet roads and bridleways and the routes take in mediaeval abbeys, wooded valleys and the expansive moorland along the way. All the routes begin and end at the Sutton Bank Visitor Centre, and range from 11 to 23 miles in length. Sutton Bank Visitor
