Brampton Valley Way

Brampton Valley Way is a 14 mile stretch of former railway line between Northampton and Market Harborough, and it takes in Little Bowden Crossing, Market Harborough and rolling countryside to Boughton Crossing, Northamptonshire.

The route follows the track bed of the disused railway with no hills to climb along the way - just easy cycling country.  There are two tunnels to venture through at Kelmarsh and Oxendon and some superb railway features and lovely views along the way. The section is rich in wildlife too and the Northampton and Lamport Steam Railway can be found at the former Pitsford and Brampton Station.
