Kinbane Head Kinbane Head is about 3 miles west of Kinbane. If possible make the effort to venture out to the point of Kinbane Head with its views of the coastline and the waves crashing against Carrickamanon Rock. Grace Staple's cave is nearby, and open for most of the summer season is the Carrickarede rope bridge - not a trip for the faint hearted with an 80 feet down to sand, sea and surf.
