'Welcome
to Shropshire, a county full of contrasts and lots to offer cyclists -
from quiet country lanes to urban cycle tracks and mountain biking
routes in hills and forests. There are hundreds of village and towns to
visit and plenty of space to relax in and take in some stunning
scenery.

Regional Cycle Route 31 is a 28 mile signed route along lanes between
Oswestry, Ellesmere and Whitchurch. Cycle it in a day or take a weekend,
allowing more time to explore the north of Shropshire.'
