'This
easy route takes you through The Thoroughfare, past the old station and
out to Starston and Redenhall, then returning to the town on quiet lanes
via Weybread. The route passes several sites of interest. It follows the
picturesque valley floor, from where you can appreciate the shape of the
valley and how it was formed over millions of years. The route includes
Cuckoo Hill, its quiet lane affording wonderful views across the Waveney
valley. Route

11 miles
This easy cycle route
takes in the Gawdy Hall Estate, Alburgh village, including a short
detour to visit Darrow Wood, then back down into the valley and
returning via Homersfield and Mendham. The route includes Homersfield
Bridge, the oldest known surviving concrete bridge in Britain and
recently restored by the Norfolk Historic Buildings trust.'
