'The Forest of Bowland and Pendle Hill share the title of Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is the eleventh largest of the 40 designated AONB's in England and Wales.

This is a spectacular area for biking. The 11 routes are for riders of varying abilities and there are differing routes both on-road and for mountain bikes that will take you on a journey through some of Lancashire's undiscovered natural treasures in Ribble Valley, Pendle, Wyre and Lancaster.'
