'The Colleges Cycle Route is an integral part of the Glasgow Cycle Network and comprises of an identified series of routes which will enable cyclists to travel throughout the city.

'The Cycleway stretches from the University of Strathclyde in the city centre to the Jordanhill Campus of the University in the city's west end, a distance of approximately 7kms. The route serves students and university staff but is also for the general public traveling from the west-end to the city centre by bicycle.'
