En-route Information

The route maps produced by Sustrans contain local police and medical contacts. And each cycle route on our website has a list of cycle shops for the route and is kept as upto date as possible - please keep us informed of any additions or changes.

You may also want to have a single 'home' telephone number that anyone can  ring just in case you become separated - mobiles don't always work in some of the long distance cycling areas.

Foreign visitors please note that 999 is the number to ring in emergencies.
