Clyde - Forth Easy to Moderate There's the initial climb out of Greenock but that's it really for the first half of the route as you travel through Glasgow and the surrounding area. Just before Airdrie you meet a slight climb, but from Airdrie it's just an easy gradient on to the hills. Other than another climb between Livingston and Kirknewton, this short, mostly traffic-free route, is an easy cycle across Scotland.
