"Demesne Farm Bunkhouse is a self-catering
unit which was converted in 2004 from a barn on a working hill farm. The
farm is situated on the Pennine Cycleway and the Reivers Cycle
Route and is within 100 metres of the North Tyne Village of Bellingham
on the edge of the Northumberland National Park. It accommodates 15 and is perfect for cycle
groups. The bedrooms, which are heated, are fitted with hand crafted oak
man-sized bunk beds, high quality mattresses, pillows and curtains with
cushion flooring. Linen and towels can behired at an extra cost. The
communal living area with potbelly stove and fitted kitchen includes
microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, cooking
utensils, hand basins, toilets and underfloor heating. Outside in the
courtyard there is ample parking, bike lock up and a graveled area with
picnic tables. There is an outside drying area and a tumble dryer. No
smoking please."
