"There are many local rides along railways and easy access to St
Gwynno Forest and MorGanwg Way. The Taff Trail to Cardiff and the long
distance route north is closeby and we
have had many cyclists staying with us. There are two fairly local downhill
runs (pretty scary according to those who have braved them) and the pub has
been in the Good Beer Guide for 12 years."
