"This delightful house, originally built as a farmhouse around 1780, is one of the oldest stone properties in the village and is Listed Grade II as being of architectural merit and within the conservation area. Located near to the centre of of Nettleham with its traditional "village green", the Old Vicarage is close to several pubs, which serve a variety of bar meals.

"Breakfast can be just as much, or as little, as you wish, according to your individual taste. Choose anything you like - from a traditional English cooked breakfast to tea, toast and home-made preserves. We do hope that you will come and stay with us soon."
